iPiccolo is building the next generation of AI-driven solutions in e-commerce and is looking for a person who wants to take full responsibility for establishing and driving AI projects, developing processes, and shaping new ways of working within the organization.

You will play a key role in developing, training, and implementing AI solutions that directly impact the business in areas such as marketing, logistics, product development, and customer experience. The role combines technology and strategy with curiosity and requires you to understand the business as well as work with AI technology.

What you will do

• Identify and develop AI solutions that drive business value

• Drive AI initiatives in project form, with various teams and decision-makers

• Be an expert resource in AI in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Contribute to strategy, roadmap, and prioritization of AI initiatives

• You will work with AI-based system solutions and workflows, focusing on translating the business needs into functional solutions. You will actively participate throughout the process and will work more hands-on, coding, implementing, and further developing the solutions as needed.

• Stay updated on AI developments and test new tools in practice

Your background

• Several years of experience in developing and training AI/ML models

• Good understanding of data-driven solutions and cloud technology

• Responsible for driving projects from start to finish

• Ability to explain and translate AI concepts into practice

• A structured approach and a strong curiosity about new technologies

• Experience working with AI in areas such as e-commerce, logistics, finance, SaaS, or similar.
